How shipping works
Each Slowatom mug is hand-thrown and finished individually after you order. We dispatch as soon as your piece is ready and notify you by email with a tracking number.
Where we deliver
We currently ship across India through courier partners. International shipping is not yet available.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The total at checkout is the final amount — there are no hidden charges.
Delivery timelines
After dispatch, delivery takes three to seven business days depending on location. Metros are usually faster than smaller towns.
Tracking
We'll send tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships. For an update, write to support@slowatom.com with your order ID.
