Shipping & Returns — Product Tab
We ship across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email and SMS once your order ships. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
If your order arrives broken, write to support@slowatom.com within 48 hours with your order ID and a photograph. We'll send a replacement, or refund in full if your color is no longer available. You don't need to ship the broken piece back.
We don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect color choice. If you're unsure, write to us before ordering — we'd rather answer the question than send the wrong mug.
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. To cancel, write to support@slowatom.com with your order ID.
